Gabriela Women’s Party Representative Luz Ilagan expressed today her outrage as she condemned the reported gang rape of a 21-yearold woman inside a military camp in Aroroy, Masbate.

“We strongly condemn this violence and abuse perpetrated by members of the 9th Infantry Batallion. Gabriela Women’s Party Representative Luz Ilagan expressed today her outrage as another girl cried rape in the hands of men in uniform.

This, following reports that a 15-year old girl was raped and molested by three members of the Presidential Security Group (PSG) after she was pimped by no less than the Barangay Chairman.

According to the 15-year old victim, she was raped by S/Sgt. Walter Candelaria and molested by two other men inside the PSG barracks after Bgy 637 Zone 65 Chairman Angelo Murillo sold her to the perpetrators.  read more »
