Resolution urging President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to immediately address the plight of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who are in the death row and languishing in jails all over the world by allocating adequate funds for their legal assistance and services, urgently asking host countries to put into halt the execution of their death sentences, and working towards their vindication or the commutation of their sentences to a lesser degree.
